About My Clients
If you feel like you're white-knuckling your way through life, you don't need more willpower—you need support and practical tools to navigate life's challenges. Maybe you're holding it all together on the outside while falling apart inside. You're noticing the impact on your health, relationships, and daily life, and wondering if things can ever change. They can. With the right support, you can build resilience, find relief, and create a life that feels calmer, healthier, and more fulfilling.
My Background and Approach
With over 15 years of experience, I've had the privilege of working with teens and adults facing anxiety, trauma, eating disorders, life transitions, relationship challenges, and emotional overwhelm. It is an honor to walk alongside my clients and witness the resilience and transformation that can happen when they feel truly seen and supported. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. I draw from evidence-based therapies including CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, and Internal Family Systems (IFS), while also incorporating nervous system regulation and mindfulness to support lasting change. Together, we'll move beyond simply managing symptoms to understanding what's keeping you stuck, building practical skills, and creating meaningful change. Above all, I want you to leave each session with hope—hope that life doesn't have to stay this hard, hope that healing is possible, and confidence that together we'll create a path toward the life you want.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe lasting change happens when insight and action work together. Understanding why you think, feel, or react the way you do is important—but insight alone isn't enough. That's why I combine deeper, process-oriented therapy with practical, evidence-based tools you can use in everyday life. I value authenticity, transparency, and collaboration. Therapy is a place where you can show up as your whole self without fear of judgment. Together, we'll explore old patterns, process difficult experiences, build new coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change. My goal isn't simply to help you feel better—it's to help you understand yourself more deeply, trust yourself more fully, and leave therapy with the confidence and skills to navigate life's challenges long after our work together has ended.
