I work with individuals and families from a Bowen family systems theoretical platform that I have found to be successful in coming alongside clients to find emotional transformation within their relationships and clarifying a sense of self for those navigating transitional seasons.
My Background and Approach
I work with teens and parents, couples and individuals in all seasons of life. I specialize in working with families working through a transition of a chronic illness diagnosis as a Type 1 diabetic myself.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Therapy can be a beautiful tool in helping people work through life’s tough circumstances. In the room, my hope is to provide space for thinking—thinking about who one wants to be and what values are actually prioritized when life is stressful. Realigning ourselves with what’s most important can provide space for healing in many other areas of life.
