You know that worrying and getting overwhelmed easily isn't working, but you're not sure what else to do. Luckily, with the right tools, anxiety can become so workable.
My Background and Approach
I use mindfulness and compassion to help women who want to learn to weather the storm of stress and anxiety better, while learning to be less hard on themselves. You deserve to be present with the things that are important to you without being interrupted by worry or stress. In our work together, you’ll learn practical tools to help ease your anxiety, take some well deserved time to understand your mind better, and learn to be kinder to yourself. If you want to trust your ability to handle anxiety when it comes up, without getting swept away by it, I'd love to help you get there.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that we are all basically good, and that we’re doing the best we can at any given moment. I think everyone deserves to learn how to experience life more directly, instead of being caught up in the painful experience of unnecessary worry. I know that most of the anxious, worriers out there also tend to be extra hard on themselves, when what is really needed is kindness and compassion. I look forward to helping you find more presence, self compassion, and trust.
