My Background and Approach
I have experience working with various populations in inpatient, residential, and outpatient settings. Some of my therapeutic approaches include; CBT, DBT, ACT, Trauma Informed, Strength based, and Relational therapy.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that creating a safe and non-judgmental environment is essential in order for healing to take place. By focusing on clients’ strengths and values, I help them learn healthy ways to overcome challenges and empower them to make positive changes in their lives.
