My clinical approach utilizes a combination of strengths-based, client-centered work through the fundamental principles of cognitive-behavioral therapy, additionally incorporating techniques from solution-focused therapy and mindfulness practices. This approach allows for the creation of a safe environment that facilitates trust and open communication while also confronting those problems my clients experience, encouraging growth and the creation of a meaningful relationship. Together, we will work to help you to find coping skills that are impactful to you and work collaboratively to create meaningful change.
