About My Clients

I welcome all clients who are looking for a safe space to process any challenges in their lives. I look to work collaboratively with my clients through a non-judgmental, trauma-informed lens. I have experience working with couples facing communication challenes, individuals facing self- esteem difficulties, and those facing life cycle changes.

My Background and Approach

As an MFT intern, I bring both academic training and hands-on clinical experience to support individuals, couples, and families through a wide range of challenges. I am working towards a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and am currently completing my clinical hours under the supervision of a licensed therapist. This means you benefit not only from my current knowledge and fresh perspective, but also from the guidance of experienced professionals who help ensure you receive thoughtful, ethical, and effective care. My approach is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, relational conflicts, self-esteem issues, life transitions, and trauma. I also have a particular interest in helping clients explore identity, improve communication, and build healthier relationships—both with others and with themselves. I look to provide a therapy space where you can feel safe, seen, and supported as you move toward meaningful change.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

For the past five years, I’ve served as a mental health advocate with NAMI Western New York, where I facilitate family support groups and teach NAMI’s psychoeducation programs. This work has deepened my commitment to supporting individuals and families impacted by mental health challenges, and it continually reminds me of the power of empathy, education, and community connection. I bring an anti-oppressive, trauma-informed lens to therapy and am honored to walk alongside clients in their healing and growth.
