I work best with someone that has insight into their situation. Whether it is an addiction, family issue, or something else. I enjoy helping people to be their authentic selves through exploration and personal work. I work best with clients that are able to be motivated for change while in therapy.
My Background and Approach
I come from a solution focused and cognitive behavioral background. I am direct and collaborative with clients and assist them with their goals and aspirations. I work with them to challenge negative self-beliefs and work through uncomfortable thoughts/processes in order to achieve their full potential.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that everyone, regardless of race, ethnicity, and sexual preference, deserves the best in terms of mental healthcare. I value authenticity, honesty, and integrity, striving to achieve those ideals in my practice. I believe that everyone is capable of change and growth, and I will work with you in order to achieve your goals and dreams.
