My philosophy is that happy parents make happy babies. I can help you get you to a place where you aren’t just trying to make it through your day, day after day. With specific strategies and an individualized action plan tailored to your own goals and needs, you can truly thrive and approach life from a restored perspective. The hardest part of getting help is being open to asking for it. In my practice, I use evidence-based, research-supported strategies, a cognitive-behavioral approach, and a highly interpersonal style to provide individualized care that meets your unique needs. You can expect that I strive to meet your goals while empowering you with the tools and confidence you need to maintain long-term success.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Anytime a baby is born, a parent is born. But parents are not born knowing how to parent. I am dedicated to helping pregnant individuals and parents navigate life’s challenges with patience, confidence, and grace. My practice is safe, inclusive, and mindful. Mothers, fathers, birthing individuals and non-birthing partners, foster and adoptive parents, and all primary caregivers can gain the tools to successfully handle difficulties in pregnancy, postpartum, and parenting. Together we will figure out the steps that are right for you to become the most empowered you.
