About My Clients
My clients are adults who often feel overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or stuck in patterns they want to change. Many struggle with anxiety, depression, mood instability, or intense emotions and are seeking practical tools along with deeper understanding. They may be high-functioning on the outside but feel disconnected, self-critical, or burned out inside. My clients value a supportive, collaborative therapy space where they can feel understood while learning skills to cope more effectively
My Background and Approach
My style is supportive, honest, and skills-focused. Using CBT and DBT, I help clients build emotional regulation, healthier thought patterns, and stronger coping skills while also exploring the deeper factors that contribute to distress. You don’t have to have everything figured out to start—just a willingness to show up.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy works best when clients feel safe, respected, and genuinely understood. People make sense given their experiences, and lasting change happens through compassion, insight, and practical skill-building. I value collaboration, honesty, and meeting clients where they are. Therapy is not about being “fixed,” but about learning to navigate life with greater clarity, resilience, and self-trust.
