I offer trauma-informed grief counseling in a calm supportive space where your experience is respected and your nervous system can begin to feel safer. We’ll focus on what is most distressing for you right now and develop practical tools to help you navigate grief and anxiety with more ease. Along the way, you’ll learn how to relate differently to difficult thoughts and emotions while building resilience that supports long term healing.
