I love working with you, helping you understand the effects of your experiences on how you think & identify yourself with life. Together we enter into exploring & seeing what's working - & what needs more balance based on all levels from what you eat, to how well you sleep, to your emotional, spiritual, personal & professional relationships, and how life feels to you... what is too much?
