My Background and Approach

My goal is to help individuals heal with empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude. I draws from a blend of Cognitive Behavior Therapy, solutions focused approach and focusing on the clients strengths. I am dedicated to providing high-quality mental health services with a strong commitment to ethical practice, patient confidentiality, and ongoing professional development. I am able to assess and treat a wide range of psychological disorders while promoting emotional healing and well-being for individuals, couples, and families. I am a Licensed Professional Certified Counselor (LPCC) with a Masters in counseling specializing in the treatment of anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD. I conduct psychological assessments and design individualized treatment plans based on client needs and goals. I draw from a blend of cognitive behavioral therapy and solution-focused approaches while focusing on the client's strengths.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe my path to becoming a mental health provider was both personal and professional. I’ve always been curious about people—their stories, struggles, and what helps them heal. Early on, I noticed how many people carry silent burdens, and I wanted to be someone who could walk alongside them through that. I studied psychology in undergrad, then went on to get my master’s degree in counseling . During that time, I had internships where I worked with individuals facing everything from anxiety and depression to trauma and grief. Those experiences really shaped my approach—learning to meet people where they are, not where I think they “should” be.
