About My Clients

My ideal clients are thoughtful, high-functioning individuals and couples who are ready to do the deeper work. They may look successful on the outside but feel stuck, anxious, or disconnected on the inside. They're navigating relationship challenges, life transitions, or the lingering impact of past trauma—and they’re seeking more than surface-level solutions. They value self-awareness, emotional growth, and want a therapy space that feels collaborative and compassionate.

My Background and Approach

I’m a licensed marriage and family therapist and the founder of The Elora Practice, a virtual therapy space serving clients across Texas. My background includes years of experience working with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, relational trauma, life transitions, and identity shifts. I specialize in helping people heal while building stronger, more connected relationships—with themselves and with others. My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Trauma Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Cognitive and Mindfulness-Based techniques to meet each client where they are. Whether you’re seeking personal growth, processing childhood experiences, or preparing for marriage, I offer a grounded, supportive space to explore what’s been holding you back—and what’s possible moving forward.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

At the heart of The Elora Practice is the belief that healing is possible—and that it doesn’t have to happen alone. I believe in the power of safe, attuned relationships to repair emotional wounds, and that therapy can be both a place of deep healing and empowered self-discovery. I honor each client’s unique story and see therapy as a co-creative process rooted in trust, compassion, and curiosity. Core to my work is the belief that we all carry inner wisdom, even when it’s buried beneath pain or survival patterns. I value authenticity, emotional safety, self-awareness, and the integration of mind, body, and heart in the healing journey. At The Elora Practice, I hold space for complexity and nuance—whether you're processing relational trauma, navigating change, or longing for a deeper connection to yourself and others.
