I specialize in treating members of the community. I provide an affirming, safe space to work through questioning and coming out, as needed. My experience includes working with same-sex couples, trans and non-binary persons, and more.

I utilize a family systems approach and incorporate all members of the family to work together, listen to one another, and problem-solve. My experience includes families with infidelity, abuse, foster care/adoption, family trauma, and children ranging in age from 3-18.

Card carrying member of the Marsha Linehan fan club and life long practitioner of mindfulness. I infuse mindfulness training, distress tolerance skills, emotion regulation techniques, and interpersonal effectiveness training into my sessions.

CBT helps us understand the relationships between thoughts, feelings, and actions. We can work on re-framing our thinking and altering our behaviors to feel calmer and happier.
