About My Clients
I work with people of all ages - children and adults. I offer my services to people that are living with anxiety, depression, trauma responses, difficulty with life transitions, stress management, negative beliefs about themselves or others, abandonment, and more.
My Background and Approach
I specialize in EMDR therapy and have completed trainings specifically related on how to treat adults and children with EMDR. However, I often utilize many therapeutic techniques throughout ones process in therapy.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe in doing my best to provide a safe space for people to process through any aspects of their life. I know how difficult it can be to open up and be vulnerable with someone you do not know. I am a member of the LGBTQ+ community. I have volunteered at various places through my lifetime - mostly with cats. I am a firm believer that cats are better than dogs but will not judge you on your opinions of animals.
