About My Clients
I am EMDR Certified with experience in several other types of therapy including CBT, DBT and exposure. I love helping women and LGBTQ+ people of all ages engage with their unique challenges in navigating work, life and family. My goal is to give you the tools and the confidence to live your best life. I pull from my knowledge of different types of therapy to build on your own strengths and resilience. If we can do it with warmth, humor and compassion, even better.
