Breaking the stigma around receiving mental health care is something I am passionate about. I am a licensed professional counselor that specializes in working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families. My goal is to foster a sincere and empathetic relationship with clients in a safe space.
My Background and Approach
We will work together on increasing mindfulness around thoughts and feelings, identifying coping skills and overcoming challenges. I use an integrated approach to therapy, incorporating DBT, Adlerian, Gottman Method and solution focused approaches. I come from a place of empathy and genuine desire to understand people’s lived experiences.
