About My Clients
I view therapy as a means to disentangle our current lives from past experiences. Many people who enter therapy may be living with fear, worry, anger, and sadness. All of these, when felt often, can prevent us from living in the present moment and without joy in our lives. Some may know the cause of difficulties while others may not. Either way, we will work together to discover how best to identify your needs and go on living without feeling weighed down.
My Background and Approach
I always knew that I wanted to work in some aspect of mental health. My own experiences and my education have brought me to where I am today. I begin every therapeutic relationship with respect and kindness. We are all a sum of our parts and none of us are exactly alike. The several methods that I utilize in therapy have been shown to reduce emotional and mental roadblocks while engaging in a more content life.
