About My Clients
My ideal client is someone who is looking for a safe space to feel heard, understood, and supported. I work well with teens, young adults, and adults who may be navigating anxiety, stress, self-doubt, relationship challenges, life transitions, or feeling overwhelmed by the demands of everyday life. Together, we’ll explore what’s getting in the way, recognize your strengths, and develop tools to help you feel more confident and in control.
My Background and Approach
I’m a LCSW, with extensive experience in an inpatient psychiatric setting. Throughout my career, I’ve supported individuals through some of their most challenging moments & have learned the importance of creating a space that feels safe, compassionate, & free of judgment. My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and personalized. I believe that you’re the expert on your own life, & my role is to help you better understand yourself, identify your strengths, develop effective coping strategies, & work toward meaningful change. I incorporate evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, strengths-based therapy, & person-centered therapy. I work with teens, young adults, & adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, relationship challenges, & emotional regulation difficulties. I strive to balance compassion with practical tools, so clients leave feeling heard, supported, and empowered to navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe every person has a unique story, & healing begins when we feel truly seen, heard, & understood. Therapy should be a collaborative process where you feel supported, respected, & empowered to create meaningful change. I value authenticity, compassion, & creating a space where clients can show up as their full selves without judgment. My goal is to meet you where you are while helping you recognize your strengths, gain insight, & develop tools to navigate life’s challenges. Outside of therapy, I value balance, connection, & finding joy in everyday moments. I believe growth is not about becoming someone different—it’s about understanding yourself more deeply & creating a life that feels more fulfilling.
