About My Clients

Whether it's ending up in unhealthy relationships that start great, struggling with boundaries, putting everyone before you, etc. I can help you gain control so you can go forward instead of in circles.
My Background and Approach
The best counselors have a combination of personal experience, clinical experience, and training/education they know how to utilize to provide optimal treatment. For example, I have completed several trainings related to trauma, as well as read many professional books and hundreds of hours of professional podcasts. This includes childhood trauma and trauma from relationships, especially narcissistic abuse. I also have personal and clinical experience in these areas. I have used what I have learned to heal, go from surviving to thriving, and have been happily in a healthy (polyamorous) relationship for years now. I continue to learn more because I want my clients to have different treatment options. Every client is unique and their treatment should fit their goals, life situation, and preferences.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that everyone has a right to be themselves as long as they are not causing harm to anyone else. I am active in the local LGBTQIA+ community. I am a member of the Society for Sexual, Affectional, Intersex, and Gender Expansive Identities (SAIGE). I believe relationships and relationship dynamics should not be only limited to two people. I also believe that if two people in a relationship would like to keep it exclusively limited to just those two people, they should also have that right. Relationship anarchy, including the smorgasbord, friends with benefits, and whatever dynamic works for you is valid as long as everyone is legally consenting. I am BDSM/kink friendly (assuming SSC). I understand 24/7 dynamics, implications of collaring (+effect when polyamorous), I can even tell you which local bar has a St. Andrew's cross and will let you in with pet play gear on (NMK but this is a safe space and go them for being confident enough to be themselves in public), etc.
