My Background and Approach
My approach blends the use of specific therapeutic skills, tools, and strategies with a deep curiosity around the origins of your concerns in order to help in understanding how they developed. Through the mindful processing of unhealthy patterns, clients draw out their unique innate ability to create healthier patterns that are personalized to them and their specific goals. I work from a toolbox of therapeutic stategies based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, brain-based therapy including EMDR and Brainspotting, Parts work, and Attachment- based therapy.
