About My Clients

My clients are strong, resilient women, often moms, dealing with generational trauma that impacts their relationships and sense of self. They’ve tried various methods but seek deeper healing. I work with those ready to break cycles, heal from the past, and create lasting change. Whether it's reconnecting with themselves or loved ones, they’re committed to transformation and growth, embracing the journey with courage and heart.

My Background and Approach

My journey into therapy began with my own healing and a deep understanding of how unresolved trauma shapes our lives. Drawing from brain-based therapies like CRM and ART, I work at the intersection of mind, body, and spirit. My approach is compassionate, direct, and deeply rooted in the belief that lasting change happens when we dive deep into the subconscious to heal from the inside out. I believe in empowering clients to break cycles, reclaim their stories, and connect with themselves and loved ones on a deeper level. Therapy with me isn’t about becoming ‘ordinary,’ but about healing today so you can thrive and slay tomorrow.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe healing begins by acknowledging the impact of generational trauma and breaking its hold. I see therapy as a powerful tool to help us go beyond surface-level fixes and make deep, lasting changes. I trust in the mind-body connection and the wisdom it holds, which is why I use brain-based therapies like CRM and ART to access the subconscious and guide true transformation. I also believe in empowering clients to reconnect with their authentic selves, because when we heal ourselves, we heal our relationships, our families, and future generations. Honesty, compassion, and courage are at the heart of my work—I believe that healing isn’t about becoming ‘normal,’ it’s about owning your story and finding pride in who you are. My goal is to help clients see that their wounds don’t define them, but rather, they can become their greatest source of strength
