My Background and Approach
Drawing from both professional training and personal experience caring for loved ones with mental health challenges, she brings warmth, empathy, and a strong commitment to client-centered care. Liz earned her Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University after transitioning from a career in TV post-production. During her graduate training, she volunteered as a Crisis Chat Counselor with the Suicide Prevention Center (SPC) and completed her clinical internship at Didi Hirsch Mental Health Services, where she worked with children, adolescents, and their caregivers navigating complex trauma in a community mental health setting. Her therapeutic approach is rooted in reflective and psychodynamic practice while integrating strengths-based, trauma-informed, and attachment-focused frameworks. Outside of work, Liz enjoys exploring cafés around LA, playing Magic the Gathering, and engaging in her faith community.
