About My Clients
You may feel overwhelmed by anxiety, stress, or past trauma, unsure how to move forward. You might be grieving, rebuilding confidence, or struggling in relationships that leave you drained. I work with individuals seeking relief, clarity, and self-understanding. Many of my clients are women and adult children healing from childhood wounds. Together, we’ll uncover what’s holding you back and build healthier patterns so you can feel more grounded and empowered in your daily life.
My Background and Approach
With over 25 years of experience as a licensed therapist, I’ve supported clients navigating anxiety, trauma, depression, grief, and complex relationships. My approach is integrative and trauma-informed, drawing from Compassion-Based principles, CBT, DBT, Person-Centered, Existential, Attachment-Based, IFS/Parts Work, Narrative, and Relational therapies. I use these frameworks flexibly to meet your unique needs and goals. My style is warm, validating, and collaborative—balancing empathy with gentle challenge to foster meaningful growth. Together, we’ll explore your experiences, uncover patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and develop tools to manage stress, build resilience, and strengthen self-compassion. Whether you’re moving through a major life transition or recovering from difficult relationships, I’m here to help you heal and reconnect with your authentic self.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that everyone has the capacity to heal and grow when given the right support and tools. Therapy should feel like a partnership, one built on safety, respect, and authenticity. I’m deeply committed to fostering an inclusive environment that honors each person’s story and identity. I’m passionate about empowering individuals recovering from trauma to rediscover their worth and boundaries. Outside of my practice, I find grounding through time in nature, mindfulness, and creative expression. I support mental-health advocacy, gender equality, and compassionate community engagement. I approach this work with deep respect for the courage it takes to reach out and begin your healing journey.
