This world pulls us in many directions and at times it can be challenging to find our footing. I hope you can take a moment to pause and find some gratitude for finding your way here. It means you’ve already taken the first step to journeying deeper. Therapy is a mutual relationship of understanding and an exchange of trust. I’ll share a little bit about myself before I get the privilege of learning about you. Before becoming a licensed clinical social worker and psychotherapist, I spent several years working in the creative and entertainment industries. My approach is rooted in warmth, mutual respect, and honest connection. I aim to create a space where you feel safe to be yourself, to explore what’s going on beneath the surface, reflect on your glimmers and shadows, and grow at your own pace. At times, that may mean offering a gentle challenge or holding space for discomfort—always with compassion and curiosity.
