About My Clients
I work with adults experiencing trauma and PTSD, anxiety, depression, substance use, codependency, and major life transitions, as well as those impacted by a loved one’s addiction. Many clients come to therapy feeling emotionally burdened or stuck in patterns they don’t fully understand, often shaped by past experiences. They’re seeking relief, insight, and a more grounded, fulfilling way of living.
My Background and Approach
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 16 years of experience, licensed in New York and New Jersey. I completed post-graduate training in the Trauma Studies Program at the Institute for Contemporary Psychotherapy and have advanced training in EMDR, somatic and sensorimotor approaches, and mindfulness-based practices. My work is grounded in trauma-informed, relational care and focuses on helping clients safely process difficult experiences while staying regulated and supported. I draw primarily from psychodynamic therapy, EMDR, somatic and body-based approaches, and mindfulness. Together, we explore how trauma, relationships, and long-standing emotional patterns continue to shape present-day experiences. Sessions move at a steady, contained pace, supporting nervous system regulation while allowing space for insight and meaningful change. Clients often describe therapy as helping them feel lighter, more connected, and better able to navigate daily life.

I believe meaningful change happens when therapy feels safe, collaborative, and respectful of each person’s pace. I value curiosity, depth, and compassion, and I’m committed to creating an affirming, inclusive space for adults of diverse identities and lived experiences. My work is guided by strong ethical care and the belief that healing is possible without rushing or forcing change.
