My Background and Approach

My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy should be a space where people feel deeply respected, never pathologized for who they are. I practice from a neurodiversity-affirming, strengths-based lens and value curiosity, authenticity, and compassion. I support inclusive, LGBTQ+ affirming care and believe all families deserve support that honors their identities, culture, and lived experiences. I care deeply about helping children and adults understand their nervous systems rather than blame themselves for their struggles. I value ongoing learning, social awareness, and advocating for systems that better support mental health in schools and families. My work is rooted in the belief that connection, dignity, and self-understanding create lasting change.
