My Background and Approach
I utilize an integrative approach to treatment combining CBT, DBT, and Existential Therapy. Each process will look different for each client because I truly want to meet you where you are at. I find that Trauma-Informed Care is very important for every client.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe in social justice and allyship across marginalized communities. Therapy with me is a safe space and non-judgmental space. Thus far in my career, I have spent the majority of time working with underserved communities and advocating for the needs of those communities through finding safe housing, food resources, or occupational resources.
