About My Clients
I work with individuals navigating anxiety, life transitions, burnout, addiction, depression, and relationship challenges with family members, partners, or colleagues, as well as individuals exploring their identity after leaving or questioning religious communities. As an openly queer therapist, I’m also passionate about supporting members of the LGBTQIA+ community.
My Background and Approach
I approach therapy through a culturally sensitive and trauma-informed lens, recognizing how past experiences may continue to shape your present. I provide care that is collaborative, holistic, and tailored to your unique needs and lived experiences. By integrating person-centered therapy, mindfulness-based therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), together we can explore patterns that no longer serve you, build awareness of your thoughts and emotions, and develop tools that feel realistic and grounding.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Over the years, I’ve drawn inspiration from nature—the calming rhythm of waves, the gentle movement of wind through the trees, and the ways the natural world rebuilds after devastation. These moments remind me that healing isn’t rushed; it unfolds with time, patience, and connection. Therapy can be a space to slow down, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and begin moving toward a life that feels more balanced and aligned.
