I personalize your treatment plan to match your concerns and goals for therapy and collaborate with you on this every step of the way. In my practice, clients discover insights into the mind-body connections that maintains unhelpful response patterns and learn targeted effective strategies to successfully change these. Clients come away with a sense of mastery and achievement in the “self” and continue with confidence in meeting life’s unpredictable journey.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe firmly in multiculturally responsive care that is person-centered and humanistic. I am an advocate for social justice, an ally to the queer community, and firmly believe in increasing equitable accessible services for those who are underserved. All persons deserve to showcase who they are without embarrassment, guilt, or shame, celebrate their unique qualities, share their commonalities, and have healthy connections with their world. I am an animal lover, and volunteer the the local cat rescue.
