My Background and Approach
I believe that no two people heal the same way. Whether you are a visual learner or need practical tools, I adjust my sessions to fit your unique learning style. I integrate evidence-based coping skills from CBT, DBT, and Mindfulness, along with positive self-talk, to help you navigate life’s stressors. I am currently pursuing a certification in Perinatal Mental Health. I offer 100% virtual sessions via telehealth, making it easier for you to prioritize your mental health without the commute. I have appointments available 4 days a week, with evening slots for those working 9-to-5.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I founded my practice on the belief that the mind and body are deeply connected. When one is out of balance, the other follows. My goal is to help you restore that balance through a mix of compassionate listening and practical skill-building.
