My clients are often high achievers, with busy schedules and a high stress level in both their personal and professional lives. I help clients achieve healing within their relationships through development of effective communication, compromise, and conflict management skills.

I believe that YOU are the expert on yourself and/your relationship(s). My approach is down-to-earth, un-pretentious, direct, and conversational.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
-I support shelter animals and adoption -I support LGBTQ+ persons and am affirmative in my practice with all genders, sexual orientations, and identities. -Black Lives Matter (to me). -I practice all CDC guidelines in accordance to COVID-19, and stand firm on this issue.
