About My Clients
It takes tremendous strength to reach out for support. Many of my clients feel disconnected or alone in their sadness, worry, fear, or self-criticism. They are seeking reassurance, connection, and practical tools to relate to their emotions differently—so they can feel calmer and more able to focus on what matters most to them.
My Background and Approach
I have a background in public health and clinical psychology, which gives me a strong understanding of the connection between physical and mental health. Over the years, I have worked in mental health research and provided care in both hospital and clinic settings. I am committed to offering evidence-based care that is tailored to your unique needs and circumstances.

I believe my role is to empower you to create meaningful change. You are resilient, and I am here to support you along the way. I am passionate about promoting wellness, not just treating illness, and committed to giving back to my community. I am currently an active member of our local psychological association.
