In today's fast-paced and often overwhelming world, having effective tools to manage anxiety, depression, and related challenges is essential for maintaining mental well-being. My practice is dedicated to helping individuals gain a sense of control and empowerment, providing tools and techniques that can be adapted to a variety of situations, from overthinking to panic attacks and depressive symptoms. Drawing on nearly a decade of experience and ongoing professional development, I prioritize collaboration with each individual to identify strategies that work best for them. Together, we'll work to build a toolkit of at least five practical techniques designed to support you in regaining control, building resilience, and moving toward a life of greater confidence and stability.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that empathy is the foundation of a more connected world. By truly listening to and understanding others, we can bridge the gaps that divide us. Honesty and integrity are central to how I navigate life--I strive to approach each relationship, decision, and challenge with transparency and authenticity. I am also passionate about mental health and reducing the stigma surrounding it. My own experiences with mental health have shaped my advocacy for accessible mental health resources. Having personally navigated challenges, I now feel driven to help others find the support they need.
