**Due to the evolving pandemic and accessibility of COVID-19 Vaccines, Elizabeth Ogren is only seeing FULLY vaccinated clients in person** I'm so glad you're here. I work with LGBTQ+ folks and anyone experiencing minority stress. I work with those who feel misunderstood or un-seen. Those who feel uncomfortable in their own skin. Those trying to break free. I work with survivors, and that four letter word you may be suffering from in some way - hurt.
My Background and Approach
Healing and therapy is about coming home to yourself and reclaiming you - your physical body, your emotional body or heart, and your mind. It's not as complex as it may seem - with the right tools and guide you can reclaim you, from whatever it feels has taken you away from yourself. That's where I come in. After about a decade in the healing field I bring the skill, vast resources, and specialized training that you deserve. I am a Somatic Experiential Practitioner, Yoga and Breathwork Practitioner, Auricular Acupuncture Specialist, EMDR practitioner, Certified Sex Addiction Therapist, and Certified Post Induction Therapist.
