About My Clients
Together, we will start a healing journey. Therapy will be a safe emotional space to discuss difficult emotions and ways to cope with life's challenges. We provide therapy to adolescents and teens through older adults. Areas of expertise include, but are not limited to: trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and grief and loss.

Our team consists of compassionate and talented therapists. We use a combination of therapy techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (including Trauma-Focused CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) strategies, and mindfulness.
