About My Clients
I work with people who are used to being capable and holding it all together—but are quietly struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, identity shifts, relationship stress, or that underlying feeling of being stuck. This might be showing up in the transition to parenthood. Or navigating infertility. Or in a life that looks “fine” on paper. My goal is to provide a space where you can be honest about what’s actually going on—without judgment or pressure and give you the tools for healing.
My Background and Approach
Every person’s story is unique—so your therapy should be too. My approach is tailored to your specific needs, goals, and pace. You’ll be met with genuine understanding, compassion, and respect. My goal is create a space where you can speak freely and feel truly heard. Healing happens best in a setting that feels safe and comfortable. From your first session, I aim to create a calm, inviting atmosphere where you can be yourself. Therapy is a collaborative journey. I follow your lead, supporting the goals that matter most to you—whether you're seeking clarity, healing, growth, or all of the above. Whatever you’re facing, I'm here to walk alongside you—with no assumptions, no pressure, and no judgment.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that everyone has the capacity to grow and change, and any point in their lives. I believe therapy should be accessible, approachable, and provide a safe space for individuals to grow and heal. I take an eclectic approach to therapy, meaning that I get a good understanding of the client's goals for therapy before applying the treatment that I believe will best meet the clients needs. I aim to provide a safe, supportive space where clients can feel seen and heard.
