About My Clients
I work with children, teens, adults, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, and family dynamics. I especially enjoy supporting clients who feel caught between who they are and who they’re expected to be. I welcome clients exploring identity, culture, family expectations, boundaries, and belonging, and strive to create a space where all parts of their story can be understood.
My Background and Approach
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with experience working with children, teens, adults, couples, and families in private practice, community mental health, and residential settings. I support clients navigating anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, behavioral concerns, and family and relationship challenges. I believe therapy is a collaborative journey, and you can expect me to bring warmth, curiosity, empathy, and a little humor into our sessions. I draw from CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and family systems approaches, tailoring our work to you rather than expecting you to fit into one approach. Together, we’ll explore your experiences, identify patterns, build practical tools, and recognize the progress you’re making along the way. As an LMFT, I also consider how relationships, family, culture, and identity shape your experiences.
