Elizabeth Myers (She/her)

Over the years I have been perfecting my career assisting and supporting people throughout all stages of life, from welcoming a newborn, parenting obstacles, relationship issues, entering adulthood, aging concerns, and end of life. Change of all kinds can produce stress, anxiety, and symptoms of depression. My goal is to meet my clients where they are currently and discover where they want to be. Together, we will build a trusting and empowering relationship to break down life's obstacles and reach your potential. We will do this with a collaboration of evidence-based therapeutic methods. Many of the methods I use include, solution focused, strength based, motivational interviewing, narrative therapy, trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy, spiritual counseling, and visualization. Through the use of these methods, you will gain useful insight, confidence, and recognize your resilience and inner strength.
