About My Clients

I work with people who are self-aware and motivated for change but feel stuck in patterns like overthinking, people-pleasing, and relationship stress. A lot of my clients are the ones others rely on. From the outside things look fine, but internally there is anxiety, pressure, and frustration that nothing seems to actually change. They want to be more intentional in how they show up, but don’t know how to actually do that yet.

My Background and Approach

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor providing virtual therapy in Oklahoma. I work with adults who feel anxious, overwhelmed, and stuck in patterns like overthinking, people-pleasing, and relationship stress. Many of my clients are self-aware and motivated for change, but still feel stuck repeating the same cycles. My approach is direct, practical, and collaborative. Therapy with me is not just a place to vent. We focus on understanding your patterns and making real changes in your day-to-day life. Together, we work on setting boundaries, improving communication, reducing anxiety, and responding more intentionally instead of reacting on autopilot. My style is down to earth, honest, and straightforward, with a focus on real-life change.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe therapy works best when there’s a real human connection. Not stiff, not overly clinical. Just honest conversation, mutual respect, and a space where you can actually say what’s on your mind. My perspective is shaped by my own life. I’ve experienced deep loss, including suicide, and loving someone in active addiction. Those experiences changed how I see people. Most of us are not broken. We’re repeating patterns that once made sense and now don’t. In my own life, I try to live in a grounded and intentional way. I pay attention to how I spend my time, how I show up, and what actually helps me slow down. I’m drawn to simple, steady routines like baking sourdough, knitting, and gardening. They remind me that meaningful change takes time, consistency, and patience. That’s the same mindset I bring into therapy. Not quick fixes, but real, lasting change that shows up in your everyday life.
