We specialize in working with people who have experienced difficult life circumstances, highly sensitive people (HSP), and those who feel hopeless & anxious. They are often high achieving but struggle with feeling never good enough or unlovable. They are left feeling empty, shamed, & insignificant at the end of the day. We also help couples who feel that they have drifted apart & help grow intimacy and communication. We view our clients as intelligent, curious, and resourceful individuals.
Our Approach to Helping
We specialize in working with individuals (12 years & up) and couples. At our experiential therapy-focused practice, we view each client as a unique and whole individual, recognizing their innate capacity for healing. Our approach centers around providing a healing relationship, creating an emotionally safe environment, & equipping you with tools to help you reach your goals. We work with people who have been through trauma(s) & abuse, grief & loss, difficult life circumstances, perfectionism, low self-esteem, & anxiety disorders. The care team uses evidence-based approaches (EMDR, DBT, CBT, & EFT) incorporating clay art therapy, equine (horse)-assisted, & traditional office therapies. We believe the tangible help create substantial healing as it promotes more processing. We value collaborative & creative approaches to our therapeutic work and strive for professional excellence. We prioritize client relationships in order to provide specialized care. Therapy is not one-size-fits-all.
