About My Clients

My clients are often queer, non-binary, and trans adults carrying grief that hasn’t been fully recognized or supported. They may be navigating the loss of partners, chosen family, identity, or other experiences that others have overlooked or misunderstood. Many are looking for a place where their grief can be taken seriously and explored at a steady, manageable pace.

My Background and Approach

I offer LGBTQ+ centered grief therapy online in Georgia and New York. Because grief is not a problem to solve, my approach is compassionate, steady, and unhurried. I pay particular attention to relationships and losses that were real, even if others didn’t see them that way. I support clients through losses that often go unrecognized. As a lesbian therapist, I understand what it can mean to grieve without witness. I specialize in losses that go unseen and am especially drawn to supporting LGBTQ+ elders navigating aging, caregiving, and loss. I have advanced training in trauma, compassion-based therapy, sex therapy, and nervous system care. Reaching out can feel vulnerable. If you're looking for a place where your grief can be acknowledged and supported, I am here when you are ready.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I am an anti-racist, anti-mononormative, poly-affirming, pleasure-positive, kink-aware, body-positive, enneagram-informed, and neurodivergent affirmative therapist.
