My Background and Approach
I received my Masters in clinical mental health counseling from Walden University in May of 2023. I am currently a registered clinical mental health counseling intern in the state of Florida. I use psychoanalysis and cognitive behavioral therapy with my clients. I work to create a safe, trusting, and empathetic relationship with my clients, and provide counseling to reach a positive place of wellness in your life.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
It is my belief that humans are equipped with inner strength, allowing us to work through difficulties in our lives if we choose to make changes. When you are ready to begin your counseling journey, I am here to walk the path with you.
