About My Clients

With working with individuals of all ages, I help clients navigate challenges such as anxiety, trauma, stress, life transitions, and school-related concerns. As a Certified Advanced Grief Counseling Specialist, I also provide compassionate support for those facing various forms of grief.

My Background and Approach

I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a focus on child development from VCU and my Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Liberty University. My therapeutic approach integrates Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment for healing. I have been a crisis counselor since 2020.
