Do you want to feel heard? Are repeating a cycle in your life and feel stuck? Often times people find themselves lost in unpleasant thoughts and feelings and it can become overwhelming. Difficulty concentrating, shortness of breath, a weight on your chest. These feelings are all built up overtime. Therapy can be a journey of self-discovery and awareness that can help people process the past and childhood to overcome the challenges they experience in the present.
My Background and Approach
Elizabeth specializes in psychotherapy for teens and young adults who are experiencing self-esteem issues, familial/ interpersonal issues, and intergenerational/ cultural issues. She has helped client with psycho-somatic issues, anxiety, and trauma. It is important to work on the inner child, processing childhood and adolescent difficulties in order to have more positive thoughts and actions.
