I was trained in trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy and cognitive processing therapy. Both of these types of therapy can be utilized to reduce the emotional reactions that have resulted from experiencing traumatic events and improving your day to day thought processes.

I was recently trained in EMDR which can be highly effective for helping reduce the sensitive emotions related to prior trauma and assisting you in finding better ways to think about yourself.
