My Background and Approach
I am a trauma trained therapist who can help you heal from the difficulties of your past. My primary mode of therapy is Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) which can help you to be free of the things holding you back while having a new outlook on your future.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I personally believe that every person deserves to be heard and believed. Whatever your story, I am here to listen and validate your experience. I do not want you to feel alone any longer. I believe that with trust and a little work, you can get better!
