About My Clients
As a psychotherapist, I work with children, adolescents, young adults, and families who are experiencing an array of life transitions, social stressors, anxiety, depression and conflicts in relationships and friendships. It can be challenging for children as they enter adolescence and experience new life situations. I work with my clients to provide effective and productive coping skills that they can use when navigating their busy day to day lives.
My Background and Approach
My mission is to help clients reach their therapeutic goals. I practice from a strengths-based approach, helping to build my client’s self-esteem and coping skills. I take time to get to know my clients as I feel developing a strong rapport is crucial for my clients and to build a positive therapeutic alliance. I have training in a variety of therapy modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Trauma-informed Therapy.
