About My Clients
Do you feel overwhelmed by life’s challenges? Are you feeling stuck in negative thoughts, intense emotions, or behavioral patterns that don't serve your best interest? My goal is to help you find compassion for yourself, develop skills to help you navigate life stressors, and be confident in the person you are. Therapy and change are hard work, but it doesn’t have to be scary, painful, or cold. I believe that therapy is teamwork, and that together we can achieve your goals.
My Background and Approach
I have been in the field working for several years and transitioned to private practice at the beginning of 2024. I utilize a variety of treatment modalities such as CBT, mindfulness, motivational interviewing and solution focused brief therapy. My approach is person centered and strength based in a safe, relaxed environment.
