The practices that I provide you are the tools and skills I have used personally and have helped people use throughout my career. We'll start with identifying and navigating the challenges you are currently facing and explore the connections between your past experiences and how they might be showing up in the present. My practice has been focused on helping people navigate anxiety, depression, substance abuse, life transitions, grief, self doubt, and stress by utilizing helpful techniques and skills to bring calm and relief when waves of emotion hits.
