About My Clients
I enjoy working with children, adolescents, and adults to navigate the challenges of life. I work with clients with a wide variety of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, transitions and adjustments, behavior, parenting skills, and family communication.
My Background and Approach
I take a collaborative approach with clients to explore specific patterns in their life, define strengths, develop goals, and provide practices toward coping, self- care, and personal growth. I believe therapy is a safe place to grow and learn by using different approaches to meet each client's unique needs. Approaches used might include play therapy, mindfulness, cognitive behavioral, and solution focused.
